We went to the restaurant after recommendations from a friend. We did due diligence looked at Zabiha, entered the restaurant it was filled with signs of verses of Quran, my wife was sure they have halal. We wanted to be 100% sure so my wife happily looking at the menu asked the cook is this halal? He said yes, then my wife asked you mean Zabiha halal right? He replied if you want Zabiha halal you should cut the chicken in your home. That was little rude and I directly approached the manager and asked him brother is this Zabiha Halal he candidly replied this is Halal NOT ZABHIHA HALAL.

This is a standard-issue halal fried chicken joint, also serving kabobs, fried fish, subs, and hamburgers. There are about 8 booths, each seating 4-6 people, amid the modern post-Quiznos decor. Parking is always available. The restaurant is self-serve, and orders are filled quickly. Hours are from 10am until midnight, except on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays when closing time is 1am. CFC sometimes closes a bit early and is often closed on inclement days. You can try calling ahead, but they don't always pick up the phone. This reviewer has been to this restaurant numerous times. The primary draw is the fried chicken which is made in-house and is consistently well done, though on the greasy and salty side. For a fast-food shop, the french fries are decent, and this reviewer recommends trying the spicy fries. The spicy chicken sandwich and chicken fingers also deserve honorable mentions. Other menu items tried by this reviewer are below average, including the Philly cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, kabab plate, fried dough, spicy boneless chicken wings, and hamburger. Overall, a great place to go for a quick and cheap meal, just don't expect haute cuisine.

We took carryout with our kids for the cheap, open late, decent american fast food. Lots of choices and combos. Have yet to actually try the fried chicken, but have had wing dings which are great. Burger is pretty alright. Have had better cheesesteak sandwiches. Gyro & cheesesteak both seemed pretty dry. Beef kabob was ok. We go there occasionally since we've moved.

They have an extensive menu, lots of things to try. We only tried the fried chicken, cheese fries, and spicy chicken sandwich. Fried chicken was similar to broast chicken, cooked perfectly and fresh, though not spicy. 1 order of cheese fries was an entire plate full of fries, more than enough for 2 ppl to share, and covered on yellow nacho sauce (if you like that thing, which we did). The spicy chicken sandwich was good too. Will definitely come back again, seems to be a local favorite. There's enough parking for 8-9 cars, but it got filled up very quickly. Not really any place to pray, they let me pray in a small space in the kitchen.

Best cheesesteak, chicken kabob platter and fried chicken for kids. You cannot stop eating the wing dings. This is our to go place. Owner is nice but place needs to be remodeled.

Please ASK THEM to get the Hand slaughtered chicken rather than machine slaughtered. The more people ask about it. The more they will think of doing that. Crescent chicken is one of the largest distributors of hand slaughtered chicken.

I was soooo glad to find a Halal restaurant in Worcester! This place is more of a fast food joint. They also have kabab with rice and other Pakistani dishes. My husband I assumed the rice was just regular rice but we were surprised it was plain briyani which went really well with the Kabab. We also had the Philycheese steak and the cheeseburger. I was surprised to see how generous they were with the meat in the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. I highly recommend this restaurant!

In addition to the fast food fare, they also have kebabs and rice. Overall, great food. Parking is a bit dodgy at times but take out is always a winner. They've a store in Lynn, MA as well.

I love it. When I accepted islam back in 2002 there were no halal spots that served subs and sides in the Worcester area. You either had to go to Boston or NY but CFC has brought that flavor to my hometown.
