Authentic Turkish cuisine selected, prepared and served by Seref, Turkiye's finest Turkish export. Chef Seref Dursun completed his training at Hilton International and many other restaurants before becoming Manchester's first Turkish chef almost 30 years ago. Had lunch on a weekday, food was delicious - had the mixed starters which are mostly dips with flatbread to dip in. Main was a baked aubergine dish with tomatoes, rice and a really nice salad. We paid just over £20 each for starter, main and a soft drink on the lunch specials. Service was a bit slow at the end even though restaurant wasn’t busy, they do have takeaway side if you’re in need of faster lunch.
