I've just been in for the first time, lovely warm customer service from the man serving and very happy with the fried dumplings I purchased. It reminds me of the good quality Jamaican food we get in Birmingham thats rare in the black country. Definitely my go to when Im in the area!

First time ordering on uber..delivery on time. Food was amazing. Curried goat was so tender. Food was hot when arrived. Will be ordering again soon.

It was one of my go to Caribbean shops I only go when Carla is working because when she serves you your food it is always hot and presentable always veg and plantin on my dinner when she’s in the shop she treats all customers the same makes you feel special and valued always smiling and friendly I order the same every time I’m in the shop I order the same 3 large dinners and 3 portions of mac and cheese always comes to 48 pounds yesterday I ordered the same as I always do the service was terrible staff sucked there teeth no please no thank you food was cold no plantain on any of the dinners staff looked like they didn’t want to be there plus the food came to 51 pounds when last week it cost 48 but no signs about increased food prices plus 13 pounds for a large dinner and I had 4 tiny pieces of oxtail that’s it yesterday was the last straw for me I have always posted the food and service on my TikTok and raved about the shop being diversity having a white British person serving in a Jamaican Caribbean shop but my TikTok last night was much different so people avoid at all costs no custom service skills at all

I’m a regular here at Mr B first found out about the shop from a snap chat repost from the girl who works there she posts pictures on snap chat and people repost them so I popped in and Carla served me her custom service skills are amazing the food was presented to me and honestly it looked incredible while waiting for my food she was friendly we had a conversation she is highly knowledgeable about the food too I have now been returning for Food on a weekly basis she knows my order by heart she makes me feel appreciated as a customer I went on a Saturday once and it was a different server who told me she was Mr B sister but she was rude she rushed my order my food was served cold there wasn’t a slice of plantain on my dinner just felt like it was just my money they was after and not my custom Mr B as also served me food and no veg on my dinner was told there wasn’t any left but wasn’t offered an anything else it was 18:45 on a Friday night and the shop says close at 23:00 again only interested in my money not my custom went back last night was glad to see carla working so I had an amazing experience yesterday thank you Carla for the service time and showing genuine kindness to all customers that come through the door

2 of my items were missing from my order, fried dumplings were not fresh and the curry goat was way too salty on the plus side the sky juice was 10/10
