Best falafels ever. And i dont even like falafels in general. Try the falafel, you wont regret it. I have not looked into their meat supplier so not sure about were they get there meat from.
Great beef halal burgers. Friendly staff. Try the shawrma plate too
Their halal burgers are very good. Chicken shawarma is pretty good too. Prices are on the high side though. Recommended overall.
I really like their chicken sarwama, chicken bbq in pita and the halal burger (all 3 items are halal). Ofcourse they are known for their falafal. The owner and staff are very friendly.
They have halal hamburgers available. You have to REQUEST halal. Owners are Lebanese Christians. They can be careless with utinsils. Let them know you want you're hamuburger cooked on a clean grill with clean utinsils and they will happily oblige.
I haven't been here in about 10 years. Seems to be same owners. I went at about 7pm on a Saturday. I ordered a chicken shawarma combo, a Joe hamburger combo amd an extra apple juice. It was nearly 50$. Its not often i have to use the 20-30$ per person button when reviewing. If you read my reviews you know i am biased to value. I didn't see any value here unfortunately. The server was pleasant, there was no lineup wait. Restaraunt was clean, washroom clean. We originally ordered to eat in, but after 10 minutes changed it to go as we were running out of time. That was no problem. The food was kinda subpar. The shawarma was not cooked thoroughly on the spit, it was carved off and finished on the flat top, so it didn't have the little crispy bits and flavours that make it amazing. It was super salty as well, literally made my tongue tingle. The burger was just so-so. It didn't feel hot enough, it was cooked all the way through, so maybe they are cooked and then reheated on the grill? It was dry as well, I ordered the works on it, which is mustard mayo relish and it was still dry. I dont know, maybe it was the dinner rush, but there wasn't really many people there - there was quite a bit lined up for pick up though, so maybe that was the reasoning. Either way for that kinda money it was just an OK experience, maybe a bit worse than OK. The fries were good and an interesting shape, but small portion for the price. Pop was cold. Also, for counter service, it took 3 keystrokes of the pinpad to get to paying. Very poor, couldnt find the no tip option. So I ended up putting 15% onto the bill. All in all, would have had better overall value at burger king across the street. Never again from me.
