It's not a dine-in place. They are catering only...

Everything was freshly prepared, the taste was great, owner really polite and service was good. A bit off the beaten track on an industrial estate, but well worth the visit. Halal signs posted on the property. They do close early so give them a ring if planning to go there after 5pm.

We used Cham-Ya for my daughter's aqeeqah and the food was fantastic masha'Allah! I usually read "glowing" reviews with suspicion, but this is my first glowing one. Everyone at the aqeeqah loooooved the food. My husband slaughtered the lamb himself and then delivered it to Br. Basil, the owner, to be prepared. We had stuffed lamb, more rice, fattoush, hummus, and chicken as well. We opted out of dessert due to our budget, oh, and we had grape leaves too. It was amazing. And I have also had their food at catered events and iftaars at the masjid, and it's always just as good (desserts too!) I wish they had a restaurant, because I think they would be always full! I think the prices are really fair as well, and when you give your budget, for example $9/person, or more or less, he will tell you what can be ordered. Everyone asked who made the food, and everyone wanted seconds!

We had a chance to enjoy their food this Ramadan 2011. It was simply the best we had tasted in the US. My kids loved it too. It really felt home-made, tender, and delicious: chicken, lamb, rice, tabouli, lentil soup, etc. The owners were very courteous and offered extreme hospitality. They do catering, and manage to make excellent dishes for the big events. Those living in the neighborhood must be very thankful to have such place.

We were in thr mood for some shawarmas and my wife decided to call this place. The owner promptly called us back and told us that even though they are not currently selling anything out of their anahiem location we can order something. We ordered some shawarmas and they were out of this world. They plan to open up this location soon and I can't wait. Highly recommended.

We've used them for catering a few times at our masjid, and the food has always been great. I love great middle eastern food. The food is tasty and authentic. I haven't been in the restaurant, only gotten food catered. My experience has been a pleasant one. Good chicken and hummus.
