Nando's

Excellent service and food.

Please note that from what I can see not all Nandos are halal. Also only the chicken is halal in certain locations as a small sign was on the door stating so. That said there were only a couple of beef items on the menu the rest being all chicken. Also know that they do serve alcohol on site. Introduction aside the food was great and when in London will be back. Order the hot chicken if feeling brave. For those in the US its a bit like El Pollo Loco style grilled chicken but hotter, a lot hotter. Very tasty though.

This was easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially for a Nando’s. I raised a concern that the Coke didn’t taste right, and instead of handling it professionally, a staff member drank it in front of us and made a scene—laughing and saying “this tastes fine,” which felt humiliating. To make matters worse, when the food arrived, there was a hair in it. I’ll be reporting this to the Food Standards Agency. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are serious hygiene issues behind the scenes.
