About Ziggurat Cuisine
Located in Ground Floor, Sunette Tower Building. Serendipitously, the first letters of the four exotic cuisines spell I.M.A.M., Islam's archetypal holy man, leader of prayers, teacher and sage. Fortuitously, the architecture of the building which houses this sanctuary of cuisine perfection suggests the step pyramid of ancient Mesopotamia, the ziggurat, acknowledged to be a temple, a place of worship. Thus the name. Here, traditions observed in the creation of selected dishes from the Indian sub-continent, the Mediterranean Region, Africa and around the Middle East, from such far places as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon and Ethiopia, are intact, religiously preserved and performed.

Loved this place. So many types of cuisines to choose from, loved the Ethiopian w\'et and Senegal mushroom stew! If I come back I will definitely come back over and over! Note that this is just near the naughty areas of town, but just keep eyes forward hehe. Also, there are a bunch of other halal places nearby.

Located in the dodgy part of Makati - P. Burgos St is a stones throw, but the food is great ! A fantastic spread of menu. Price is good too. A good place to grab dinner in Makati especially if you work there and have to go back to elsewhere. Parking is a problem though.

GoogleThe menu was thick and huge with very small font! I couldn't decide what to get and left most of it to my companions. When the food came, I didn't know what I was eating, but it was delicious! The food here... I couldn't just get them anywhere. I would go back here to try more of their stuff, because there was a lot! Most of what we tried were African food, because we could hardly find them elsewhere. The ambience was also very authentic! We came on a weekday night when there were probably less people, so we didn't have an issue with space. The inside is air-conditioned but would require you to sit on the floor, whereas traditional tables are outside without air-conditioning. Servers were approachable with the server button too. One of them recommended their mango curry to us, and it was so weird but in a really good way! You have to try it to know what I mean. Their tarts are also worth coming back for as well. Overall, I'd go back to try more! Update: I went back. c: Realized the prices were pretty good too; worth my money!
