Absolutely Awful – Avoid at All Costs I ordered from Balti Club Glasgow and ended up feeling physically sick after eating their food. The quality was beyond poor: • Mixed grill was covered in raw garam masala powder — totally overpowering and never asked for this or seen this in a mix tikka before. • Lamb tikka was deep-fried, not tandoori. • Chicken tikka poori was just a watery curry dumped in a container with a flat poori bread. • The pizza no fresh base it was dry, tasteless, mince was tasteless and the “lamb” topping looked and tasted like diced turkey or pork — definitely not lamb meat. Everything was badly prepared, flavourless, and seemed thrown together with no care. This place is a health risk, not a takeaway. I genuinely felt ill after eating this and would never order again. Stay well clear. The owners seriously need to reconsider their approach — either improve massively or shut the doors. It was genuinely one of the worst takeaway meals I’ve ever had. If you care even slightly about quality food, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t serve this to anyone — not even as a joke.
