I've seen it on multiple occasions, and when it happened to me I decided to quit going there. Not only that, but if you look them up on dinesafe, they are a disaster when it comes to keeping food safe. They have multiple violations for failing to keep food from contamination, and have failed to show their food handlers license (which is just a 6 month course. Here is the link for proof: http://www.toronto.ca/health/dinesafe/index.htm?show=detail&id=106849 STAY AWAY! There are much better options in the area, and you're welcome. :)

If you eat Zabiha then please confirm with the staff. Most popyes are not using machine slaughtered chicken.

I'm a regular here at this particular location as it is clean and always get great svc. Try the tender chicken pieces (chicken strips) one of the best I've had. Not much else to say besides yum!

I moved to Canada from the United States. I was really surprised to find that here in Canada, the Popeyes was halal. So, I drove to the closest one. Here, I enjoyed a great meal, with fast service. I was also happy to report that all of the menu is halal. Wow, Canada is a great place.

Believe me I'm not a fan of fried chicken, but the spicy chicken sandwich gets two thumbs up! Have it while it's hot or not at all. And I wish they had regular fries!

I cannot find the popeyes location on lawrence, but that is the original popeyes, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. true to original flavour and recipe. though service is slow, and employees could be nicer and better kept.

Food is semi-decent, especially the fries. But for a fast food restaurant service is shockingly and consistently slow.

Its definitely better than KFC. I assume everyone has heard of it, but for those who havent, its cajun style fried chicken, really delicious. Their spicy fries taste amazing as well. Sometimes they even give you extra pieces/fries with your order. I normally ask for home delivery, pretty convenient and fast
