Great shawarma and most importantly excellent service from the owner. It was my first time there and he really went out of his way to patiently answer my questions. I will definitely go there again on my next visit to Bangkok in March.

El Pasha is located on the 6th floor food court in MBK. I think it is a new place. The halal symbol is prominently displayed on the sign. The owner is an Egyptian guy who speaks English. They are suppose to have an Italian and Lebanese section at the restaurant but it was not operational as of yet. Having said that we had the Shawarma sandwich. It was very authentic and tasted great. They can adjust the spice in the food if you request. Otherwise the food will be hot.
