Amazing ambience. There is persian text all over the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Good persian food but the menu was a bit limited...only 5-6 entree options and kebabs were not there.

My husband took me here for my birthday. Alhamdullilah, it's a really nice place. It is run by a husband and wife. He is from Iran, she is Canadian. Service was warm and attentive. Food portions were big. Food was very tasty - homestyle, Irani (adas polo, qeymeh, fesenjan...) The presentation and the beautiful (decorated with Irani rugs and crafts), intimate dining room makes it a good place for an evening out. In terms of meat, they serve chicken and lamb both halal. The owners said the lamb is from New Zealand. We both chose yummy veggie dishes but the couple next to us had lamb, which looked and smelled good. To die for appetizers and Iranian ice cream (I cannot say enough about this ice cream). The restaurant does serve alcohol for non-Muslims, but there is a large non-alcoholic drink selection and there is no alcohol in any of the dishes. It's a good idea to make reservations or come early on weekends because they fill up fast. Small dining room is the only real negative we experienced.
