A modern American Indian style restaurant, Chaat Café serves Indian or Pakistani dishes with an American touch. They use zabihah halal meat in all of their meat dishes.

Went here for a quick lunch and it was pretty busy. Ordered the chicken tandoori wrap. It was okay, but nothing to write home about. I also had to ask for green chutney since none was provided. Prices are reasonable. Service was fast. I probably wouldn't come back here by myself unless I was with a group that wanted to try it. Note they have a full bar.
This place is similar to the Fremont, Berkeley, and San Jose locations. I had the Paapri Chaat and the spicy desi chicken wrap. Was pretty tasty. I feel I got shorted on the meat though, so I went back and told the cashier who ordered me another one. Obviously, it wasn't that busy and that's why he remade it, otherwise I'm sure he would have given me a different response to my comment. All in all it is a cool place. They are open til midnite on the weekdays. Chicken and lamb are halal.
A good place for some munchies on the way to the Giants game.
This place is not halal because they serve Alcohal here. There r other places that r halal and near too. The price that they have on menu is wrong too. I took salmon wrap it says 8.99 on menu but they charged 10.99 tax.
Very good for snacks, meat and chicken rolls are excellent. Prices very resonable.
