Tasty Persian food. The Sultani tastes great and the jujeh kabob tastes fabulous. Tasty Persian tea and ice cream. The staff are friendly and professional. Great atmosphere and family friendly. Our favorite Persian restaurant in Houston!
We are visiting from Virginia, we found this restaurant by chance but I would say it was worth, their kababs are very tasty , everything is fresh and good quality. It is a busy place , service was good .If you are looking for spicy 🌶 option then it is not the place for you
Excellent food. The meats are nicely spiced and tender, the rice is not dry as at some Persian places. Service is attentive and the prices are reasonable.
Amazing Iranian restaurant. Very nice sitting area. Patio is wonderful in cool weather. Suitable for a gathering
Went their for lunch and food was okay and a little expensive
The food was good especially the meat and chicken. The service was okay, the place itself is nice (if you sit outside). The prices are okay too.

Its a decent joint but a bit pricey for the service and food you get.
We were visiting from Miami Florida . Service is average , we ordered salmon Kabobs which were good , and Kubedeh . it was suppose to come with sauce which it did so we asked for it and got it just to findout that 4.50 was added to our Tab . i had strong hiccups and asked for water which i got 15 mins later and asking for it three times. Good thing i didnt choke .. pricing is OK and if u in Persian food and good atmosphere there its a good place
Really good place for food off the grill! I would definitely recommend coming here!
GREAT FOOD! But the service is below mediocre....If they can improve the service, this would rate 5 stars! BTW, this is literally next door to a BEAUTIFUL masjid, so there are prayer accommodations, alhamdulillah....
Really amazing food. We enjoyed our barg, chicken kofta, chicken kubideh, etc. But the shishleik really blew us away. It literally melted in my mouth.
Even I dont like persian style rice I could eat it and loved their meats so much. They were really tasty. Nice place. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
Went in spring time, sat outside, which was nice. Saw some large groups there. If you like 'desi' BBQ, then the food is just okay. But I enjoyed the meal, meat was very tender, and juicy, the rice was flavorful as well. If you you are in the mood for Persian food, this is a good place.
The naans are amazing and so is the Persian tea-- everything else is whatever. The meat is bland and nothing special. Average service. Would only come back for the naan and tea.
Good food
Freat Kabobs and Persian food! we like this place for the kabobs and thier mint tea is the best in town.Good affordable family & individual plates.
This is my favorite Persian restaurant. Their best dish is the Bijan special with chicken and beef with currant/cranberry rice.
Very nice food and place Staff are nice too
There's something old I would like to share with everyone. That is desis have been cheap for quite some time now. So the fact that a restaurant asks you to pay the minimum 15% tip for a waitress that does her job up to par shouldn't reflect poorly on the restaurant but just on the character of those desis too cheap to pay. I've ate at this restaurant and had an amazing time. I would recommend this to everyone I meet.
Awsome food MASHA ALLAH
food was awesome, they have truly brought their standards up. Great staff, and incredibly clean, would definitely come back here again.
Nice & spacious restaurant. The service was quick and food was delicious.
Excellent good quality. Great customer service. Simply best.
Went for iftar. The waitress was friendly and asked if I was fasting. They served a samoze, salad and Iranian naan for starters to open the fast with. I ordered chicken kabab and rice. The kabab and rice both were very good. Highly recommended.
Good decor, good food. Certainly one of the best kebab in Houston
nice location and ambiance...the food is OK, not much to write about..
The juju kabob is the best! I love the bread and feta cheese plate they bring out. I just wish they would serve yogurt with the meals. Even though the food is a little expensive, it definately is a nice treat every now and then.
The food was very good, the service was pretty good as well. Interesting decor.
I have been to this restaurant many times. I was told by friends who care about halal food that their chicken is suspicious. So, I used to order beef and lamb dishes. Food is delicious, bit overpriced though. However, I just found out that SYSCO, in addition to some halal meat supplier, is also supplying chicken and beef to this restaurant. A very close friend of mine who discovered and confronted the restaurant management, has contacted the district attorney's office. I would never go back there. What a shame!
used to be better now i dont like it
The first time I ate at Bijan, I had a crispy rice dish that I really didn't like. Thankfully, I went again and again, trying different dishes (the lamb shank is delicious), and I have had better experiences since. I was there earlier this month, and the food seemed to have improved even more. I don't go there regularly but do find myself there every few months. Nice decor!
Delicious food. I actually like it better than most other Persian restaurants I have dined in. The food comes fast, and the service is good. I also like the setting and ambiance.
Good persian food
Excellent Persian food! Nice decor, Service is ok!
atmosphere is nice. restaurant is nice. food is amazing! get the combo platter. it is worth the price.
We came from out of state and ate there on the word of a friend. The food was EXCELLENT. The service was wonderful. It was on a Tuesday evening when we were there and it was so clean and quiet. All the food was perfect. Our 3 year old at all his chicken kabob. The naans and hummus kept coming non stop. Wonderful family place!
Pretty good food. Similar to Darband, but more expensive.
nice place, good service, food is not all that... must work on adding some kick to the food.
I really enjoyed the food...everything was just perfect accept that it gives me hard time to move from my chair xp
food is excellent! they give u nice appetizer of feta/mint with unlimimted complimentary naans, chicken kabab is the best, and the best arabic tea with the sugary cubes of course, highly recommend this place, can easily feed 2 people under 18 bucks.
Enjoyed all of the items we ordered. would recommend it to anyone.
Excellent Persian food for a decent price. Best Kobideh in Houston. A little expensive for everyday eating but the food is worth it.
I tried there chicken kofta, it wasn't really that good, but the other stuff looks good on there menu.
Anytime to everytime I've been there, I absolutely loved the food. Everything is awesome! Kubideh Mix is highly recommended. A little pricey for everyday visit, but I can let that go for the quality and the kind of place it is. Seemingly considerate waitresses. Definitely an excellent place to bring along someone from work or perhaps a friend visiting from out of town.
Delicious! Great food; good service!
the food is good but they charge you for goat cheese! I mean, come on!
Very happy with the food here. Easy to get to. Great place to go as a large group. Fast service. Very yummy food.
They are halal and one of the best.
Good chelo kabab. Nice atmosphere.
Simply great, you won't be disappointed, reasonable prices, friendly staff, nice decor...
i dont kno if i just got over persian food, or that it just doesnt taste good.. who knows
they are okay but i dont think they serve halal food.
The food is okay, I have had much better. The joojeh kabob was greasy and the chenjeh was not filet mignon like it said. However, the owner is nice and hard working and the restaurant itself is clean and good for families.
Very clean and uptodate decor. Self service joint, and the food is good. However, there isn't a lot of choice...there are 8-10 platters and you pick from them. Of course, you can add more sides, but again...not a lot of options. Food is not spicy...so those who crave that will be wanting more pepper. Their kebabs are fabulous though.
everthing sounds good as portrayed by the reviewers. has anyone seen Sisco foods delivering their meat ?
The food is consistenly always good. The owners are really nice and take care of you personally. I highly recommend this place for a nice, cozy dinner with few friends or family.
Great Food, Great service and great location. The food is authentic and delicious. No generic taste and you can smell the excellent food aroma . This is what we called Persian Food.Go for the tasty kebob. You won't feel regret. Not at all.
Simply too good :)
Excellent Persian food for a decent price. The Tahdig is delicious and for $2.99 is a bargain. The kebabs are wonderful. The restaurant is easy to get to (on Hillcroft just off 59). The decor is very nice (an A+ for a halal restaurant). And you get big pots of tea. It's self-service though (you order and pick up your food).
