Extremely poor hygiene (dirty/torn towels, stained sheets, bathroom not disinfected). • Pool showers in unacceptable condition. • Mattress covered with multiple layers to compensate for poor quality. • Mosquitoes inside the room. • Windows do not close properly. • Very limited breakfast (boiled rice + one dish only). • Only four tables for ~20 rooms — badly organized dining area. • Reception staff behaved unprofessionally (laughing and gossiping in front of guests). • Constant construction noise from adjacent hotel renovation, from morning until night. • General lack of maintenance and attention to detail. This hotel does not meet reasonable hospitality standards. The issues are not minor inconveniences — they are systemic problems related to cleanliness, comfort, and management. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
