After much searching for a Thai cooking school that had Halal options we were glad that we found Aroy Aroy. We were picked up at our hotel and taken for a quick tour of a local market before we were taken to the school. The owner was very welcoming. He explained that the only meat that they use in all of there classes was chicken and Halal. Chef A and Chef O knowing that we were Muslims went out of there way to show us the bottles of sauces they were using were Halal. We were taught class no. 2 which was spring rolls with chicken, pad Thai with chicken, spicy green curry with chicken, and sticky rice with mango. All were explained professionally and a very easy to follow way. The final results came out great and very tasty for everyone. A good day, enjoyed by everyone.
