Location : at 3 level .. Need to look up when u reach there .. Environment is not conducive to eat there .. But a must try food The roasted duck is my favorite : pretty fatty n juicy dipped in the plum juice - fantastic .. The mutton basket was good too ..love the dumpling soup - fresh n chewy .. My son drank the whole soup.. Definitely recommended place for halal foodðŸ‘ðŸ‘

I ate there during my trip last Nov 08. Its a little hard looking for the stall as it is located in a foodcourt which is on the 2nd floor (if i'm not wrong) of a building. The building is located along the market street. The beef curry rice is totally recommended.

I went to this place during my visit to HongKong in March 2005. Their specialty are just two - lamb curry and Peiping duck. The lamb is delicious while the duck is just sublime! Excellent food and relatively cheap by HongKong standard. Quite easy to find, if you manage to find Bowrington Road, just off Hennessy Road, about halfway from Wanchai to Causeway Bay.

GoogleWai Kee Halal Restaurant is literally inside the wet market building in Wan Chai. While air conditioned, it's noisy, cramped, and very local. If you go during weekday lunch, good luck. The office crowd floods the place and it’s chaos. You’re squeezing between tables, people hovering, staff moving fast. It’s not a chill meal. But the mutton curry is why you’re here. And it’s seriously good. The halal mutton curry with rice is rich, properly spiced, and deeply satisfying. The mutton was tender, generous, and not stingy at all. The curry sauce is the kind you just want to drown your rice in. It’s bold without being messy in flavour. This is comfort food done right. Presentation? Rough. Very rough. It looks like someone just scooped and served. But honestly, who cares. You’re not here for plating. Pricing is very affordable, especially for Hong Kong. You leave full and happy without feeling like you’ve been robbed. Service is very Hong Kong. Fast, blunt, no smiles. Not warm, not friendly, just efficient. If you expect hospitality, you’ll be disappointed. If you just want your food quickly, you’ll be fine. Overall, Wai Kee is not pretty, not comfortable, and not charming. But that mutton curry is legit. Come for that. Ignore everything else.

GoogleAmazing good small restaurant with Halal Certification. High CP. Curry lamb is really delicious. The roast duck is soft, juicy and so tasty. The only small un convenient is this restaurant is located in a traditional food market without escalators. A great halal certified curry restaurant! I ordered the curry lamb rice and small portion of roast duck that the waiter highly recommended. It was quite filling for one person! But the curry is really amazing, the soup is very rich, and although I don’t like Hong Kong-style white rice, I actually finished it in one bite! The roast duck is also highly recommended. The meat is soft and juicy. Although it is a small portion, the meat is super thick and there is not much fat or fat. I don’t know where it was raised. It is really eating duck meat. ! Is it possible that duck meat also contains mountain duck? The only drawback is that it is located in a cooked food center and the indoor environment is not bad, but it is not suitable for a group of friends to gather for dinner! And there is no elevator, so I feel even hungrier when I climb to the second floor?

GoogleThe Hui Kee Curry Lamb Breast, which has been made with goosenecks since I was a kid, was originally fragrant and spicy enough, but it only has 30% of the original heat.

GoogleMust go if you want to eat like a local. The eatery is in a food court serving delicious roated duck rice. But it seems the locals prefer the lamb curry with rice
