Nothing inherently islamic about this place at all, Alcohol is served and dining space is too tight.

An excellent and low cost Afghan establishment in a trendy part of London. The dining space is very small and generally always packed. Reservations aren't needed so you may have to wait but it is well worth it.

A really lovely and filling meal. I especially recommend the afghan bread and lentil dall. It is worth the wait if you end up having to. It is a cash only restaurant however they make sure to tell you before seating or for a reservation. There is a Tesco nearby to withdraw cash which is very helpful. The mint at the end of the meal is a really lovely touch.
