Rude staff!!!!! I just had a really bad experience with a staff member here. I was standing there for 10 minutes being ignored, and then a staff member shouted something from across the room. I assumed he said, “You alright?” The boss then came into the restaurant and asked what I had ordered, and I told him I hadn’t ordered yet. He asked the staff member why no one had taken my order, and the staff member claimed he had already asked me what I wanted. I was confused because he never approached me or properly spoke to me. Next time, maybe walk up to the customer, greet them properly, and ask what they would like instead of shouting across the room. I was so angry I had to stay quiet. The same staff member then started talking about me to another member of staff in their language, waving his hand around aggressively, not realising I could understand what they were saying. He had a dirty look on his face the entire time I was there. To make matters worse, this same staff member previously put mustard in my friend’s burger when we specifically asked for mayo. My friend is highly allergic, so this could have been very serious. Really disappointed with the customer service and attitude.
