the owners are friendly, it's a small grocery store, with pretty much all the south asian staples. they sell turky at thanksgiving! bought myself a 20 lb turkey there and it was pretty good

The best thing about this grocer is that they provide customers with free range, hormone free, antibiotic free, vegetarian fed chicken and beef. If you live anywhere in Peel and want a wholesome, inexpensive option to maplelodge meat here it is. They are not very well versed in western beef cuts, but you can usually instruct them to cut it for you and they is no charge for cutting or skinning.
