Really disappointing experience at this Pepe’s branch. I ordered the Chicken Loaded Fries (Extreme Inferno), and my wife had the Pepe’s Gourmet Beef Burger (Hot). The loaded fries were extremely salty with an overpowering lemon flavour, tasted sour and tangy rather than anything like the expected “Extreme Inferno” flavour. Even the fries themselves tasted off. My wife’s burger was nothing special at all very ordinary. On top of that, they added garlic mayo instead of the normal mayo listed on the menu, which completely ruined the taste for her. Service was just as frustrating. After ordering, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes. I asked twice about the order, and each time they said “2 minutes,” but it ended up taking another 10 minutes each time. Overall, a complete waste of money. Very poor food quality and misleading service. Definitely won’t be visiting again.
