Velvet Bean Albert Park absolutely delivered on our weekend brunch. We ordered the chicken nuggets and chips to start and it was crispy, hot and such a satisfying classic. The chilli scrambled eggs had the perfect kick without overpowering the dish and the chicken and waffle combo was the standout with that sweet and savoury balance done really well. The drinks were just as impressive: the Oreo & white‑choc milkshake tasted like a full dessert, the tiramisu iced coffee was smooth and bold and the mocha rounded everything out with a rich finish. Service was warm, friendly and quick and the space has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that works perfectly even for bigger groups. A great brunch spot with consistently good food, great drinks and lovely staff. Thank you, Velvet Bean, for a wonderful experience.
