Came here after seeing a few videos online and honestly it lived up to the hype. You can actually see them making the dumplings and knife-cut noodles fresh in the kitchen which already gave me a good feeling before the food even arrived. The noodles had a really nice chewy texture and the pan-fried dumplings were probably my favourite thing I ordered! Super crispy on the bottom and really juicy inside.Also have to mention the beef ribs because the price is surprisingly good for London, especially considering the portion size and quality. The whole place just feels very genuine and homemade. Definitely one of those spots I’d come back to regularly.
