As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

The guy taking the order really needs some basic customer service training. Had zero patience and straight up called me a liar, which was unnecessary. Even when I asked for the receipt, he kept trying to prove me wrong instead of just handling it calmly. Could’ve easily said it was a miscommunication and moved on. This kind of attitude isn’t good for business—definitely needs to change.
