Ordered a Strawberry Soufflé for my sister’s birthday as per her request and we were really pleased with it. Everyone gave their approval as the cake is not cloyingly sweet and just disappears in the mouth. The sponge was soft and the cheese layer gave it a nice contrast of flavour. The strawberries were fresh and huge too. Some of them sweet some of them a little sour but we are not complaining! We should have gotten a larger cake next time so we can all have seconds lol…we love it. Really want to try the Strawberry Shortcake next time. Also kudos to the lady who served me. She was really pleasant and sweet.
