Recently dined at Segar and tried several dishes including the Hong Kong noodles, hor fun, cockles fried kway teow, three eggs royal spinach, fu rong egg, lemon chicken, and Thai-style chicken. The food doesn’t taste as good as before. Flavours were lacking, and the overall experience felt disappointing. Staff didn’t come across as very friendly either. The place was surprisingly quiet for a weekend, which felt a bit unusual.
