Ordered chicken burger meal and paid extra £3 for loaded fries. The fries I got were so less with hardly any toppings. Called up the branch and the staff who answered was as useful as a candle in a hurricane. Told us to contact head office when he could have offered a easier solution as we just live down the road, which we told him many times. We regularly order from this branch even though the service has been on the down for the last few months. Really disappointed. Doubt they really care.
