Was very curious about the chicken waffle and hadn’t seen any prior reviews. Oh my goodness. It was disastrous. The worst chicken waffle I have tasted by far. Basically, it was just tasteless. No salt no spice, nothing! You’re only tasting the maple syrup. The waffle was thin, and the chicken was so bland it was horrifying. 3 cut pieces of a chicken side??? Basically false advertising from the menu. It was very hard to chew with no flavor. Like one of those chicken used for deep fried Katsu (?) I just can’t understand why they can’t use the same chicken from their burger menu. And there is no way to increase the spice level when requested. You get what you get. The only saving grace was that salad, oh my gosh. You cant even get add-ons like French fries or coleslaw. I will never order that waffle chicken again. Better order from soul food house or butter channel.
