I had high expectations for Master Chicken, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The portion sizes were very small, especially the fries (see photo), which was surprising given the price (1180¥ each). Very surprised about the 100¥ extra for an industrial cheddar slice (how can be an extra??? 🧐). Big problem with halal food pricing in Tokyo in general but you can find good surprise. The chicken burger itself was underwhelming: • The breading overwhelms the meat • The patty appears to be made from reprocessed roasted chicken parts rather than a thick, juicy chicken breast • More transparency about ingredients would be appreciated I understand the restaurant offers halal options, but quality should not drop as a result. For the price, the overall quality and portion sizes feel too low. ✔ Very friendly and welcoming staff ⚠ Strong frying oil smell in the restaurant This review is meant to be constructive — I hope it helps future customers make an informed decision and encourages the restaurant to improve. Currently, the menu is limited and the value for money is lacking.
