Just checked out the new Korea Taqueria in University City and it’s already a go-to for quick, satisfying food. Even though the menu is a bit more streamlined than their other locations, everything feels really dialed in for the grab-and-go vibe around campus. I ordered the tofu bowl and it was so good! Tasty tofu, great flavor, and a perfect balance of textures. Go for the Korean style bowl! As a vegetarian, I really appreciate when tofu isn’t just an afterthought, and this one definitely isn’t. It’s filling without being heavy and honestly something I’d crave again. Also pair it with their delicious agua Fresca for a sweet delicious drink 🍹 Service was fast, the space feels fresh, and it’s nice to have another solid food option in the neighborhood that doesn’t try too hard. If you’re in the area and want something tasty without the wait, this spot is absolutely worth stopping by
