Its completely normal food...when your done you think that was fine...not even "that was good" more like my hunger is now gone.

I've long heard about this food cart from friends and Penn students and I recently had a chance to try it out. As of 12/3/2008, only the grilled chicken and the chicken cheese steak are halal, but the owner said he occasionally has halal Philly cheese steak sandwiches. The price is low, the food is fresh, and the service is great. I had the chicken cheese steak, which I liked, and I've heard the grilled chicken is even better.
