Authentic taste that feels like home! We tried the quzi (قوزي) and it immediately took me back home — perfectly cooked, tender lamb over fragrant rice with just the right blend of spices. It’s one of the best versions of this traditional Iraqi dish I’ve had in Houston. The food here feels genuinely homemade — rich, hearty, and full of authentic Middle Eastern flavor. The staff are friendly, the portions generous, and the bakery section is amazing, with fresh Iraqi bread and pastries straight from the oven. You can also find imported Iraqi groceries that are hard to get elsewhere, which makes it a great stop for both a meal and shopping. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Iraqi cuisine or wanting to try something deeply flavorful and traditional.
