Quite disappointed with my visit. The customer service was friendly but I ordered a signature burger and apparently now “ketchup” is considered an extra topping. I did not ask for extra ketchup I simply asked for it to be put on my burger and there was a charge. It was also like that with mayo. I don’t understand how a burger place can charge for a standard CONDIMENT not topping such so simple as ketchup. We chose to dine in and the place wasn’t that clean at all. The fries were good but the burger is give it like a 5/10. This location used to be so much better.
