🌮 Tried Taqueria El Chefe and here’s my honest review! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican flavors, this spot is definitely worth checking out. My friends tried the beef birria tacos, and they absolutely loved them—the meat was flavorful, and the consommé was a big hit. They also tried another variety of tacos, and both tasted fresh and authentic. As a vegetarian, though, I was a little disappointed. There weren’t many options available—when I asked, the only vegetarian choice was a cheese & beans quesadilla. I wish they had a few more meat-free options on the menu. The restaurant itself is quite small, so it’s better suited for a quick bite or takeout rather than a long meal. On warmer days, it can get pretty hot inside, so keep that in mind. ⭐ Overall: Great spot for authentic tacos, especially if you’re a meat lover. Vegetarians may find the menu a bit limited.
