About Barcelos

Barcelos opened its first store in Pretoria, South Africa in 1993. Using recipes mastered by the Portuguese hundreds of years ago, our flame grilled flavours became so popular that we franchised the business in 1998. Since then we have opened outlets in 16 countries including SA, Lesotho, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Ghana, Nigeria, Sudan, Canada, UK, Dubai, Oman, Mauritius, Singapore, and soon in Pakistan, India & Qatar.

Please don't waste your time buying from this branch they open at 6am but if you come at 7am they say you must wait they still setting up and most days they say come later. Today they is only one staff member and they have new milk shake menu but they can't make it because she's alone. Even better when you push you want it they then say they don't have any of the stuff for the new 4x milk shakes to make it. It's sad as we work in the area. Rather drive to another branch can't keep getting issues with this branch.
