Rating: 4 / 5 stars 🤩 : very juicy, fresh chicken 🤧 : incentivised reviews! , slightly long waiting duration, lack of flavour TDLR: juicy, tender chicken — even the breast portions! Meh flavour. Will stick to the likes of Wing Stop. Ordered half a sweet & spicy chicken to try and found the chicken to be incredibly juicy and fresh. Meat layers can be easily torn out, and even the breast portions remain juicy. It’s almost like the chickens were given a spa session prior to be cooked. However, the good stuff ends here. Flavour-wise — lacklustre. The cheap tasting sweet & sour gravy from an economic rice stall has more depth. Beyond the layer of sauce coating on the batter, the chicken flesh lacked any real taste. The marinade, if any at all, failed to penetrate. Side note: waiting time was a little long off peak. I can imagine it’s likely going to be a longer wait during meal times.
