As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. Giant long black hair in my food container, definitely not mine, as I have short blonde hair. Manager told me to get in touch with skip the dishes instead of dealing with him. I will never order from this place EVER again. He claims his staff is fully hair-netted, I don’t believe him one bit. Nothing like a mouth full of hair!
