Fast service, smiley staff but the quality in food has dipped sincerely. Used to be well seasoned, tasty and enjoyable! These chips were like cardboard and with no SNP?!

Just ordered on UberEats an original bowl, and was disappointed. Looked nothing like the picture and the halloumi was rock hard and cold, looked like it was from yesterday. My sister always orders from here and usually it’s really nice and fresh but this was just disappointing, especially when I was looking forward to it. Was expecting more to be honest.

Just ordered on uber eats, had to leave a review straight away. We had 2 wraps and sides. Food was so fresh, tasty and the wraps are really full and filling. Homemade chips are lovely too, would definitely recommend 😊

I required almost 20 orders for a film crew over 2 days and Picnic West Derby catered for us wonderfully. Orders were all correct so I didn’t get bollocked by the director and the food was delicious, the staff were very helpful one of whom even helped me carry the food to the car!! Very happy indeed :))

The app is really handy to have. I didn't know I had points from past orders, I was able to get money off 😁 Whilst driving home I stopped to use the app for pickup order. My scran was ready by the time I got there. Fresh and hot when I got home. Nice break from cooking on a Sunday. The new Christmas menus for 2025 is really good 😊
