Great! I've been here a couple of times so I'll give all the info I can: choices of soft serve such as matcha or sesame, (the matcha tastes similar to green tea and the sesame is more like hazelnut) sesame is my personal preference. Toppings for soft serve include the likes of shirartama and genmai. Lattes, Frappes, floats, and mochi cheese tea are also available in flavours such as matcha, houjicha, red bean and yuzu. They also have the likes of dango, warabi mochi, cakes, and chocolate tarts. What you really have to admire about the food is the craftsmanship and care put into them. It may be a bit pricey sure, but as for the house itself it has a clean, peaceful and authentic atmosphere. It can be great for Japanese dessert enthusists, people willing to try something new, or for friends/family looking for a fresh treat
The drinks were delicious! They offer a wide range of drinks and food options that I’ve not seen elsewhere in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and attentive. The inside was modern, with a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend.
My fav dessert is tsujiri soft serve - mixed matcha and sesame ice-cream with toasted brown rice and red bean paste. Crunchy, creamy, earthy, sweet and savoury flavours all mixed together. Love it so much 💚 🖤 ♥️
The matcha soft serve is to DIE FOR!!! Literally any time I’m near this place no matter how cold it is outside I just have to get it!!! It’s so lovely and smooth and just the right sweetness to bring out the light matcha taste without it being sickly or too bitter. The black sesame flavour is also really nice and nutty with a bit of texture, if you don’t mind your soft serve a little grainy I’d definitely give it a try! When they had hojicha flavour that was a close second favourite, the roasted tea taste is so unique and moreish. I’m yet to try the rest of their menu but I’m sure it won’t disappoint! I usually get take away but the interior is lovely, clean, and bright. I’d definitely chill there if I wasn’t just passing by.
Tsujiri is a tea house specialized in matcha with a heritage dating back to 1860 in Japan, which shows the quality and authenticity of its offerings. The shop has a bright minimalist design which has kept its traditional Japanese style. The variety of menu items is high but some of them might sell out. The prices are relatively high but the superior quality justifies the cost.
