The flavours of these bakes are just so right. The cinnamon bun was nice and light so didn’t feel too stodgy/filling. The lemon and basil sponge is subtle but still flavourful. The Guinness cake was nice and rich. Really good with allergens, you can see just by how they have a different set of tongs for each bake that they take care but also really happy to look through the allergen menu and support you. I liked the display shelf showing the bakes on offer too - genuinely just wanted one of everything.
