Im from Northern California, Alhamdulilah we have plenty of halal restaurants but no halal BBQ restaurants, I came for work and found this place, I drove over 40 minutes to try this place, it was worth the drive ! They butcher thier own meat. I had the ribs, brisket and the smash burger and fries. The ribs was very good the best item, if I had rate I would go 1.ribs,2 brisket 3rd smash burger, ribs are very tender and seasoned perfect meat falls off the bone, brisket was good too but ribs weren’t best. I was talking to the owner and he said that smash burger they where trying a new bun (potatoe bun) and he agreed it’s too bun and sauce for the meat, (they are switching back to brioche bun they used to have ) I’ll have to try the smash burger next time I’m in town. If these guys where in Northern California they would sell out within a few hours. Almost forgot the fires , they were fries, they were pretty good , nothing to brag about.
