We have tried Peshawri Restaurant and it's a great place for authentic desi food. Their food is finger licking good. The chicken biryani had a proper Pakistani taste, something you don’t easily find in Melbourne. The lamb shank pulao was so flavourful, the meat was super tender and literally melted in the mouth. The chicken pulao was too good. The beef nihari had a true traditional flavour. The butter chicken was creamy and very mild, perfect if you don’t like too much spice. The smoked lamb karahi was really good, with a strong smoky flavour that made it hard to stop eating. The chicken korma tasted good aswell. The chapli kebab was so juicy with authentic street style taste. For dessert, we had gulab jamun and rice pudding. The gulab jamun were delicious, and the rice pudding had that classic matka kheer taste. Overall, a great place for authentic desi food and Definitely worth trying!
