As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

The workers were very rude and snarky. I ordered at 1pm today and got a large chicken on the rocks with little spice and then he proceeded to hand me a wrap and told me that it was what I ordered. I then requested for a swap out for what I actually ordered and the worker refused to remake what I actually ordered. Very rude customer service and the wrap was not what I wanted... I wanted a refund but then refused and told me to have the wrap. Definitely not coming back to this location. Workers are rude
