GoogleI placed an order through Toast after finding this restaurant on Google, assuming it was for the same day. I had no idea they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, yet the system still allowed the order to go through. When I showed up, I learned that they closed. So I figured I will come back on the weekends. I returned over the weekend hoping they would simply remake the order since I never actually received the food. Instead, they told me they had already made it on Thursday, no one picked it up, and they discarded it — and they refused to help further. Now why would I order on Tuesday to pick up on Thursday. This was extremely frustrating and, frankly, poor customer service. Any customer-focused restaurant would have shown some flexibility or goodwill in this situation. Instead, they chose to turn away a paying customer who never received their order. Based on this experience, I will not be returning
