As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

Very delicious shawarma. I also want to highlight the excellent work of your staff at this location. During my visit, the restaurant was very busy, and I witnessed a customer becoming upset about a short wait time. Despite this, your team remained calm, respectful, and professional while continuing to manage a high volume of orders. It was clear they were working hard to keep up with demand and provide good service to everyone. I believe they handled the situation very well and deserve recognition for their patience and professionalism under pressure. Overall, the food and customer service were excellent, and I look forward to visiting again.😌
