As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. Osmow's states that their meats are sourced from central halal-certified suppliers and that all of its meat is hand-slaughtered.
Very disappointing experience. The staff did not follow my order instructions. I ordered a half-and-half chicken with light sauce, but there was no sauce on it at all. Compared to the Argyle location, the service here is much poorer. The staff did not greet customers, smile, which made the experience feel unwelcoming.
