I ordered the full Iftar menu from Shalimar and, as always, everything was absolutely wonderful. The spread included pakoras, samosas, fruit chaat, chicken karahi, chana, nihari, kababs, gajar ka halwa, kheer, and fresh naan — and every single item was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The pakoras and samosas were crispy and fresh, the fruit chaat was refreshing, and the chicken karahi and nihari were rich and full of authentic taste. The kababs were tender and well-seasoned, and the naan was soft and served warm. To top it off, the gajar ka halwa and kheer were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Shalimar never disappoints — consistent quality, authentic flavors, and generous portions every time. Highly recommended, especially for Iftar!
