My wife and I ordered the Persian rice bowls at Baloot in Medan, and really enjoyed them. The flavors were excellent and the bowls are very thoughtfully put together. We tried the dill rice with short rib and the lentil rice bowl, both were delicious. The bowls come with a variety of ingredients on top, including pickled vegetables and other flavorful additions that create a great balance of taste and texture. Definitely a unique and satisfying meal.
