As an avid enjoyer of Mediterranean cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised with Shah’s Halal Food Newington as my first time trying self-described Halal food. I came back the next day. Both days the star of the show was their Platter. Although they serve American classics such as burgers and wings, their Halal food is where they shine and what you should order. My only recommendation would be to add Mediterranean drinks to the menu to add to the availability of authentic halal cuisine at this location. Other than food, service was friendly and fast as well. I do recommend and have already returned for seconds.
