I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the staff’s (the girl in the picture) attitude during our visit. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy. While my daughter was standing in line to place her order, I politely asked for the restroom key and was met with hostile looks, as though we were being judged for simply requesting access to the restroom. After my daughter placed her order, her drink was completely forgotten. Approximately 15 minutes later, she approached the counter and politely inquired about it. Only then did the employee notice the drink sitting unattended behind her and finally proceeded to prepare it. When we eventually received the drink, it was unacceptable. My daughter specifically requested 100% sugar, yet the drink was extremely bitter—nowhere close to what was ordered. Additionally, we ordered a Mango Milk Tea with Mango Pearls, but instead of fresh milk, milk powder was used, resulting in a very unpleasant texture and taste. When I asked if the drink could be remade, one employee was initially willing to resolve the issue. However, another employee— who had previously given me hostile looks and left my daughter’s drink unattended— intervened and refused to remake the drink. She even stopped her coworker from doing so. She insisted there was no mistake with the order and blamed the poor quality entirely on the milk powder, showing no willingness to take responsibility or address the customer’s concern. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and far below acceptable service standards. Given the poor service, incorrect order, and refusal to correct the issue, I will never come here again. Complete waste of $11.60.
