Visited Sal’s Nashville Hot Chicken in Richardson today and ordered the Nashville sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken did seem properly cooked but I also noticed the chicken was dipped into oil from a small pan before serving, which made the sandwich feel greasy and poorly handle, it affected the overall experience. The overall experience was not good, and the staff preparation did not give a professional impression. Food quality and hygiene should be taken more seriously. Based on this visit, I do not plan to return to this location again. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and preparation standards going forward.
